I've booked a condo in Ormond Beach (North of Daytona) for 10 days in May (trailer queen). Any suggestions on where to go and not to go. Boot Hill Saloon ??? Bruce Rossimiers ???

You can go to Rossmeyer's place. But be prepared to see some stickers that will shock you. he ahs good prices on clothing and some other items. It is neat to see the biker mall he has put together.

I personally would stay away from the Boothill Saloon. I've had an experience with them and don't really wanna go back.

I'd go to Froggy's on Main Street. It's open 24/7/365. It's always a party.

There's a great diner on Beach. It's a throwback to the 50's. Lotsa fun and great food.

Take A1A north to Jacksonville and stop to see my friends at Adamec Harley-Davidson and St Augustine Harley-Davidson. I would also recommend you look up Open Road Leathers.

A1A is a gorgeous ride up the coast. You'll have beach to one side and can hear the surf. Once you get through Jacksonville, I recommend you head north to St Marys, GA (where I used to live). It's a quaint little town right on the St Marys river. Loads of great architecture.

While you're there stop by and see my friend Dan at Picture This art gallery. He's an old scholl biker and loves to meet new riders. My studio was right across the street from his gallery. You might even see some of my artwork in his gallery.

From there, I would go north on US-17 to Savannah. Savannah Harley is another great shop. US-17 has lots of great eye candy along the way.

I still have friends there. Corndog lives in Jacksonville and might enjoy meeting you and riding around showing you the sights.
