Do you watch South Park? I do! It's a funny show. The really funny thing about the show is that they put these cartoon kids in the funniest situations and throw all political caution to the wind.
I saw a show where Kyle's dad bought a hybrid and got really full of himself. He thought he was so much better than everyone else for saving the planet. He started writing awareness citations and putting them on gas guzzlers' windows. Well, one thing led to another and they moved to California, where people were more concerned and connected citizens.
But that got me to thinking? I ride because I like to. It's fun. It helps me relax and keeps me on an even keel. I rarely get road rage on the bike.
More people need to ride. They need to feel the relaxation that being in the wind gives me. How else can I explain it to them. I know, I'll start issuing ‘Old Prude' citations.
I can put them on cars' windshields encouraging people to enjoy life more and take up an exhilarating activity, like riding a motorcycle, skydiving, or anything else that can provide a rush one minute and give you serenity the next.
Sounds like a good idea? I'll keep you posted. |
